We handmake Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil in Tuscany, Italy. Our farm is located in Uzzano, close to Lucca with only 450 Olive trees everything is hand selected and hand bottled. We harvest in late October to get the fresh, green, peppery aroma that our olive oil is famous for.
