We are a 100 % organic farm, with no use of Pesticides and all harvesting is done by hand and collected and pressed the same evening, assuring the fresh, green, grassy and bitter flavors shines through every drop of oil that comes out of the bottle.

We were first exposed to Casale 3 Danesi’s olive oil at one of our favorite restaurants in Miami. I hounded the owner to sell me a couple of bottles. I returned to buy a case.
I kept looking on-line and was finally able to find it directly from Casale 3 Danesi. I am not an olive oil expert, but I can assure you this olive oil is what you think olive oil should taste and smell like when you need to dip some bread, finish some fine pasta, or pour over a tomato or avocado.
